Your Right to Erasure — UAE PDPL Article 12
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Hanooon FZE LLC. We will process all valid deletion requests within 30 days.
How to Delete Your Data
Method 1 — Fastest

Log in to your account and use the Delete Account button in Settings. Immediate — processed automatically.
Go to Settings
Method 2 — Via Email
📧 Email Request
Send an email from your registered address with subject "Delete My Data". We respond within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Account data — Email address, hashed password, profile settings

Tracked products — All Noon product URLs you added to the tracker
✓
Price history — All historical price data associated with your account
✓
Email logs — Price alert email records sent to your address
✓
Contact messages — Any support messages you submitted
What We Retain (Legal Requirement)

Stripe Payment Records & Invoices — 7 Years
Financial records including subscription invoices and payment history are retained for 7 years as required by UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations and UAE Commercial Transactions Law. This is a mandatory legal obligation and cannot be waived upon account deletion.
These retained records contain only transaction data (amounts, dates, Stripe IDs) and do not include your tracked products, price history, or browsing activity.

UAE PDPL Article 12 requires us to complete deletion within 30 days of a valid request. We aim to complete requests much faster.
