1. Eligibility

Eligible: First-time subscription payment (Pro or Business), requested within 7 days of the charge date.
Not eligible: Renewal charges (2nd month onward).
Not eligible: Partial-month refunds or pro-rated amounts.
Not eligible: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations (abuse, scraping, resale).

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to alerts@noonspy.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include your subscription email
Include the email address you used to subscribe so we can locate your Stripe record.

We confirm & process
We'll confirm eligibility within 1 business day and issue the refund via Stripe.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you a confirmation once the refund is issued.

4. Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no email required. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
