1. Service Description

NoonSpy provides Noon UAE price tracking, competitor intelligence, AI listing generation, keyword research, and product hunting tools for Noon UAE sellers. All price and product data is collected from publicly accessible pages on Noon.com. NoonSpy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Noon.com.

2. Account Rules

• One account per user. Account sharing, reselling, or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information when registering. False identity information may result in account termination.
• You may not use NoonSpy to create competing products or services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access NoonSpy beyond the normal intended use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract NoonSpy's source code or proprietary algorithms.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to NoonSpy or any data obtained from it.
• Use NoonSpy to violate Noon.com's Terms of Service (e.g. automated bulk purchasing).
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits, bypass authentication, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Upload malicious code or use NoonSpy to attack other systems.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from Settings. Hanooon FZE LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access NoonSpy ends immediately.

6. Disclaimer & Accuracy

NoonSpy collects data from publicly accessible pages on Noon.com. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that price data is always complete, current, or error-free. Noon.com may change its website structure at any time, which may temporarily affect data accuracy. NoonSpy price data should not be used as the sole basis for business-critical decisions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Hanooon FZE LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of NoonSpy shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UAE Federal Law and the laws of the Ajman Free Zone. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
